Scholarship applications are open now.

Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on demonstrated financial need. In order to qualify for a school scholarship, a family must apply for TEFA (Texas Education Freedom Accounts). Please reach out to us at finance@parkwaychristianacademy for questions or help with this. Students enrolling in MDO and Pre-K are not eligible for Financial Aid.

Due to enrollment caps, priority for registration will be given to families who are not applying for financial aid. Families seeking aid are encouraged to apply early. Financial aid applicants will be considered for placement based on remaining availability after priority registration. Financial Aid will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. The school does not offer merit scholarships based on academic, athletic, or other student talents or accomplishments.

Parkway Christian School utilizes the Grant and Aid Assessment service provided by FACTS, an independent organization that evaluates applicant’s financial circumstances based on various criteria. Families seeking Financial Aid are required to complete their FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment online at: https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. There is a $45 charge for each application submitted that is paid directly to FACTS and is not a school fee. The deadline to apply for a scholarship for all students admitted to Parkway Christian Academy prior to March 1 is March 16. Any students admitted after March 1 have a scholarship deadline of 2 weeks from the date of admission. Students that are admitted any time after August 1 and want to apply for a scholarship must do so prior to the student starting school. Please note that Parkway Christian Academy is frequently unable to fulfill the entire amount recommended by FACTS.

Applicants for Need-Based Financial Aid must furnish detailed information regarding their financial status and expenditures, encompassing a wide range of financial aspects.

  • Prior year federal income tax return and related schedules, and W-2 forms
  • Total income for prior year and projected income for current year
  • Bank account balances
  • Retirement/401K/IRA balances
  • Home market value and mortgage balance
  • Vehicles make, model, and related debt/lease payments

If a federal income tax extension is filed, your application will remain pending until a copy of the return has been submitted. Your application will not be considered until all information is received.

Need-Based Financial Aid is awarded on an annual basis. Families must re-apply each year with current financial information, as awards are not automatically renewed
