What is FACTS grant and aid assessment?
FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment is an independent, third party company that conducts financial analysis to determine your family’s financial need. Your educational institution receives a confidential report outlining your financial situation based on the information obtained in your application and supporting tax documents.
Who decides how much financial aid a family receives?
Parkway Christian Academy is solely responsible for determining the final grant or aid award. The analysis completed by FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment serves as a recommendation only.
I probably don’t qualify for aid. Should I apply anyway?
FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment does not set any income guidelines or have restrictions on who may apply for financial aid. If you feel your family should receive financial aid, it is to your benefit to apply. There is a $45 charge to apply for aid.
Is it too late to apply for financial aid?
March 16, 2026, is the deadline to apply for aid for all students registered for school by March 1. Any students registering for school after March 1 have 2 weeks from the registration date to apply for aid. Any students registering for school August 1 and after can still apply for aid within the 2 week window, but may not begin school until an award determination has been made.
What documentation will I need to submit?
You will need to submit your federal income tax return, W-2 forms, and supporting documentation for non-taxable income.
Why do I have to provide all of this personal and confidential information?
In order to provide your educational institution with an accurate assessment, FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment must verify your expenses and household income. By providing us with all of your information, we can assist your institution in making an informed decision about the amount of financial aid needed for each family.
Does the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment process require a credit check?
No. FACTS does not require a credit check and applying for aid will not affect your credit rating.
Is the application process secure?
Yes. All documentation received is imaged upon receipt and then destroyed. Then, the application data becomes property of the applicable institution.
How can I check the status of my application?
You may login to your FACTS user account at online.factsmgt.com/aid to review the status of your application. Please allow 2 weeks processing time from the date you provided the supporting documents before inquiring further about receipt and/or status of the uploaded documents.
Can I make changes to my application after I submit it?
Yes. You can add additional schools and make corrections to the application form by logging into online.factsmgt.com/aid and clicking on View Form. If you make substantive changes to your application after you submit it, we recommend contacting the school or institution making award decisions to notify them of the changes.
Will FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment send me a copy of my assessment?
No. The assessment of your application will be sent only to the educational institution or organization providing the award. Information sent to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment to complete your assessment, such as your 1040 tax form or W-2, will not be returned to you.
How much does it cost to apply?
There is a $45 application fee charged and paid to FACTS Management.
How do I submit supporting documents?
After completing the online application, you will need to upload all required supporting documentation. Documents can be uploaded online by logging in to your account at online.factsmgt.com/aid.
How do I find out if I have been awarded financial aid?
Once an award decision is made, Parkway Christian Academy will notify you.
If I receive financial aid, will I still qualify for other discounts like annual/semester payer, multi-student, etc.?
Any returning students (students registered for the 2025/26 school year) will be grandfathered in and will be eligible to receive any school discounts that they might qualify for. Any students not enrolled in the 2025/26 school year, will not be eligible for any additional school discounts.
